Art is the perfect way to practice mindfulness, being in the moment using glorious colours to develop your ideas and thoughts through painting and drawing. No matter how expert or not you feel, we are all born artists, reignite that non- judgemental skill.

Materials will be provided in the first two weeks and a short materials list will be given.
