The aim of this course is to provide students with a thorough training in customer care. It is suitable for those who are interested in improving customer relations as well as general administrative duties.

This course may be delivered through a blended learning approach which is a combination of classroom based and online learning to allow greater flexibility to learners who are either working full time or part time.

Apply the personal skills, qualities and attitudes required to perform effectively when dealing with customers

Handle a range of challenging situations

Demonstrate team or group work in providing customer care

Look at practical examples of organisations with good customer care and their success
