This module can be taken as a stand alone module or as one of the modules to achieve Level 6 QQI Advanced Certificate in Business 6M4985.

Course Content:

Examine the key principles and concepts underpinning project management theory and practice

Investigate a range of approaches to project management to include tools and techniques used to plan, cost and manage a project

Devise a risk analysis for a project to include the preparation of a contingency plan.
