The practice of Mindfulness has become recognised world-wide as an antidote to depression while manifesting peace of heart and mind through breaking free of old patterns of thinking and reacting and enabling you to see the world and yourself in a fresh way every day.

Instead of letting your life pass you by, you will learn mindfulness techniques that will empower you to live joyfully in the moment addressing issues such as: stress, anxiety, sleeplessness and anger while cultivating patience, harmony, inner peace and being in touch with who you really are.
