This course deals with the responsibilities and activities of a manager. It is relevant to those who are new to management, supervision, or team leading. It will also benefit more experienced managers who may have had no previous training. This course deals in a practical way with the various requirements that an effective manager should have.

This is also a very good introductory course to the Human Resource Management QQI Level 6 course.
